Michael Arvanitagis | Director – Mikat Constructions

Michael Arvanitagis is the Director of Mikat Constructions and a highly experienced builder with over 35 years in the construction industry. As an active builder and qualified carpenter, Michael brings a hands-on, practical approach to leadership, backed by deep technical knowledge across commercial, industrial, residential, and remedial construction sectors.

His career has been built on delivering complex projects, solving on-site challenges, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and long-term building performance.

Throughout his extensive career, Michael has been involved in a wide range of construction environments, from small-scale works through to large and complex commercial developments.

This breadth of experience allows him to:

  • Passive Fire Stream Inspection & Installation Certification

ESTIMATOR /  CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Having over 15 Years’ experience in these roles, and coupled with
a lifelong career within many sectors of the construction industry,
enables Leticia to accurately analyse, compile and value add to
the overall project value in line with the projects budget.

OFFICE MANAGER

The Office Manager, Katina handles all site support including procurement, accounts, and day to day management of the business.

PROJECT MANAGER 

With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry Brad
applies a hands on, practical, “no fuss” style of project management.
Brad communicates in a clear, well defined language and is equally
comfortable dealing with sub-contractors, clients and consultants
alike.
